Toy Safety Concerns:
With the recent lead paint scares we've posted a letter to our customers and you can also see letters and emails from the toy companies/manufacturers. None of the toys you'll find in our store were involved in any sort of recall...and are very carefully chosen safe toys. Please read our letter and check out the letters from our manufacturers.

We have Baby Registry,  Wish Lists and a Birthday List!
Please email [email protected] with the name(s) of the registry you are looking for. If you'd like to create a new registry or wish list, please email [email protected] with the items you'd like on your list. You will be contacted within 2-3 business days in regards to the registry you are looking for, or wanting to create. Thank you.
To join our new birthday list, please email [email protected] with your child's name, birthday and address. In the subject please put "Birthday List". Note: Your child will receive a birthday card via snail mail.

Walking Stick Toys (WST) Return Policy:
Thank you for shopping at walkingsticktoys.com. If for whatever reason the item(s) you have received are not what you expected, please return them to us. The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the receipt of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in original condition, in the original packaging, unused. We will not be able to accept returned merchandise that has been used. Upon acceptance of the return we will exchange for like items, issue a credit toward future purchases at walkingsticktoys.com or credit your credit card. Please send your returns and exchanges to:

Shipping:
Montana is a sales tax-free state. This means you only pay for the cost of your item(s) plus shipping charges regardless of the state you live in. We are pleased to offer this service. We ship most in-stock merchandise within 24 hours of receiving your order! Our standard shipping charges cover most items. Certain heavy or oversized items may have extra shipping costs. Dollhouses and some of the Kitchen Items have additional shipping charges.

There are no shipping fees on gift certificate purchases. The shipping fees will be excluded from the total price of your order.

Shipping charges are based on the total price of merchandise shipped to each delivery address within the 48 contiguous states. Standard Ground Service requires 7-10 business days.
