We got all kinds of exciting new noisemakers with our recent order from Nino.  Check out this Wood Stirring Drum.  The eight wooden tongues produce different pitches when they are struck separately, like playing a xylophone. By stirring in the drum with the included beater a scale can be played.  Come in and give it a whirl!
